Innovation & POCs
Ideas are just the start. We test and validate concepts quickly so innovation delivers real results.
What we do
The material decides first
Every piece begins in the timber stack, not the sketchbook. We buy whole boards, air-dried and full of character, and let the grain tell us what it wants to become.
Drawn until it's quiet
We sketch by hand until the shape stops asking for attention.
Built to be used
A drawer should glide with one finger and a table should never wobble. Every proportion starts from the body that will use it — seat heights for long dinners, edges softened where hands actually fall.
Oil, wax, and time
Three coats rubbed in by hand, days apart. The finish doesn't seal the wood so much as wake it up — the grain deepens, and the surface learns to age.
Why Go Lucid?
We look beyond the migration
A successful move involves more than transferring data. We examine your existing workflows, technical dependencies and employee needs before making changes.
Your workplace, your setup
A full migration isn't always necessary. We help you choose between a complete switch, a hybrid environment or optimising the Google Workspace tools you already use.
People included
We take care of the technology and the transition. Your employees get the training and practical support they need to make the new setup work.
